Establishing Presence: Insight Meditation Retreat

In order to fully inhabit our lives, we must be present to immediate experience. This sounds simple, even simplistic, but can be surprisingly challenging. To be in the present, we need to see, and then see through, the ways we get lost in the past and the future. In learning how to connect skillfully to moment-to-moment sensory experience, we strengthen our capacity for centered, wise and balanced action.
