Clear Mind, Open Heart: Insight Meditation Weekend

During this weekend celebrating the life of Martin Luther King, Jr., we will explore the Buddha’s teachings of wisdom and compassion. Through silent practice, guided meditation, instructions and time for questions, participants will be encouraged to explore their own relationship to the open heart and clarity of mind that are possible in this life. All are welcome to come and practice together in community.
