| This silent retreat will rest on a foundation of body-centered awareness, as a means to cultivate a direct, non-conceptual connection with our moment-to-moment experience of being human. Supported by kindness and compassion for ourselves and others, we will explore what our own experience teaches us about suffering and freedom from suffering. These understandings point us towards a path that leads to spaciousness of heart and mind and profound inner peace.
The course, suitable for both beginning and experienced students of meditation, will include instruction in insight and lovingkindness meditations, as well as meetings with the teachers. |
