| During this seven-day retreat you will be supported to develop and/or deepen your meditation practice in a natural and sustainable way. We will explore the practices of mindfulness with an emphasis on understanding “how to practice” as taught by renowned Burmese meditation teacher Sayadaw U Tejaniya. Particular attention will be given to the wisdom and attitudes that are integral to supporting a relaxed continuity of awareness during all activities. It is through this relaxed, yet steadying, awareness that we can directly experience the transformative power of these teachings. |
