| This weekend course, held largely in silence, offers teachings of the Buddha that allow us to discover within ourselves a sense of having enough and being enough in this precious life. Guided meditations on gratitude and contentment, silent sitting and walking practice, and group discussions will help us to see the happiness that already exists in our lives. We will also learn how to recognize and heal where balance has been lost. A feeling of empowerment can emerge, expressing itself as a willingness to give genuinely and openheartedly, both to ourselves and to others. |
